Ready to be put through your PACEs?  This Arthritis Foundation program is proven to have substantial benefits for people with arthritis, and decrease arthritis pain and disability.  It's one of several classes and wellness programs led by trained instructor Pam Miller.  Pam's also a certified Fitness Facility Director, helping to choose the state-of-the-art equipment found throughout the Vitality Level.
