The Glen Skilled Nursing Care at Willow Valley Retirement Communities
The newly renovated Glen at Willow Valley offers three floors dedicated to Skilled Nursing Care totaling 129 beds. Our caring, dedicated staff provides 24 hour, individualized care based upon Resident needs. The Glen, located on the Manor campus, provides a home-like, resident focused environment with newly renovated living spaces and activity areas, and the addition of our Country Kitchens, where Residents feel right at home, having breakfast or lunch cooked for them in a non-traditional dining setting.
Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Aides are available round-the-clock in providing care and supervision. All rooms are equipped with a bedside and bathroom emergency call button for residents to use for assistance any time of day or night.
The Glen offers Residents semi-private or private room accommodations, all with views of our beautifully landscaped campus. The daily rate for semi-private rooms is $293. Private room rates range from $336 – $586, with some including a private shower. All rooms are furnished with a bed, chair, nightstand table with lamp, dresser and free-standing closet, however, Residents are welcome to provide their own furniture to feel more at home. The daily rate for all rooms includes 24 hour nursing care, housekeeping, linens and towels, and three meals served in elegantly appointed dining areas. All rooms are equipped with a television and telephone, with an additional monthly charge for each service. Personal laundry assistance is available for an additional fee.
The Glen features an in-house therapy group offering physical, occupational and speech therapy for short-term or long-term rehabilitation. Our professionally trained staff works individually with Residents to help them recover from an injury or illness. Our goal is to assist Residents in functioning at their highest level possible.
Our therapeutic recreation staff plans multiple events daily in our lounge area or other areas of the building to keep Residents active. Residents enjoy time outside in our beautifully landscaped 2nd floor courtyard. The courtyard features a walking path along with a glider/swing that accommodates a wheelchair and an additional person.
